1. Strict Hygiene & Non-Returnable Policy

Due to strict hygiene, cosmetic purity, and safety regulations, items with opened seals, broken packaging, or used contents are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

2. 7-Day Return Window

Returns or exchange requests for unopened items in original packaging must be filed within exactly 7 days of parcel delivery. After 7 days, no claims will be entertained.

3. Damaged or Transit Issues

In the rare event of transit leakage or package damage, customers must share an uncut parcel unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (0325-9150870) for review and replacement processing.

4. Courier & Return Delivery Charges

Return delivery courier charges will be covered by the customer.
