Refund & Return Policy

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken seal — or if you received the wrong item — contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Change of mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal care products cannot be returned. Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days; courier charges for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.

Refused deliveries

With Cash on Delivery you only pay when the parcel arrives. If you need to cancel, please message us before the order ships so we can stop it in time.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent via Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer within 3–5 working days of approval.
